Day 3 was spent bedecking the school room. Our room's kinda small and we don't have tons of extra space to decorate, but the kids look forward to getting out a few things and making everything look festive. Out came their little trees, the manger set, and the Christmas carol books and CDs. A friend gave us a new idea this year too: a little aid to help us count down to Christmas.
After we made the bell out of cardstock and pasted the poem to the front, they cut out loops of paper to make a long chain.
They take turns every morning pulling off one of the loops and gleefully counting down the days until Christmas.
