Soaking up the Summer

We spent the day with wonderful friends at the park and pool. The kids jumped off the diving board, had races in the pool, at lunch in the shade, and swung back and forth on the world's coolest tire swing. The mamas delighted them by waging cannonball and handstand contests in the pool. I came home, put Charlie to bed, and fell fast asleep with my book over my face. The beginning of our school year is creeping closer on the calendar, but until then we're going to live every last summer day to the fullest!
